Data is imported from Airtable, Notion, HubSpot or Sheets, so you start with your history rather than an empty system. You check the imported records before cancelling the old subscriptions.

Questions
How much does a custom back-office cost?
Starter is €5,990, Pro €9,990 and Scale €19,990, fixed and excluding VAT. Most clients compare it with the SaaS subscriptions it replaces, which often add up to several thousand euros a year. A 50% deposit locks the build window; the balance is due on go-live.
How long does it take?
14 days for Starter, 21 days for Pro and 28 days for Scale. The date is fixed in the statement of work, and data import is part of that time.
Who owns the system?
You do, from day one: source code, database and infrastructure are in your accounts. You can extend it with your own developers or with us; there is no lock-in. The database is standard Postgres.
Where is our data stored?
In your own Supabase database, hosted in the EU, with row-level security defining who sees what. The engagement is covered by a data processing agreement.
What do you need from us?
A list of the tools you use today, exports or access to them, a walk-through of your main workflows and one person who decides how each workflow should run. The clearer the current process is described, the closer the first version fits how your team works.
